You Ask | We Answer: How Do I Make a Reservation?
New Customers:
All new clients should visit the reservations tab on our website which will then take you to our new customer portal in Gingr. You will be prompted to register and fill out our customer intake form (5-10 mins). From there you can make a reservation for your pups first-day evaluation, which equates to a half-day (up to 5 hours of group play). You can also access the new customer page anytime here. Feel free to call, text or email us with any questions or to expedite the scheduling process (612-210-2750).
For current customers who have already registered and/or completed their evaluation:
Reservations are required for doggie daycare. Current customers can log into Gingr, our online reservation system and customer management portal, by clicking the link below.
Login to our Gingr dashboard (https://barks-and-rec.portal.gingrapp.com/#/public/login)
Customers can use this same link from above or access the portal at any time using the reservations tab on our website.
