The Pup Tune Up Membership will replace the Clean Club effective June 1, 2025. Your Pup Tune Up must be used in the month it was purchased and services for your Pup Tune Up must take place on the same day

Pup Tune Up credits for your free day will not be issued while boarding.

Daycare packages cannot be shared with friends and can only be used for the dog(s) registered under the same owner profile.

Boarding dogs together to obtain the multiple dog discount must be registered in Gingr under the same owner.

Our front door remains locked the majority of the time for the safety of the dogs and our team. To gain entry you can ring the doorbell, text us or call and we will head up front to bring you inside.

Tours are offered by appointment. Dog safety and care is a priority at all times. There are times when an on the spot tour can be arranged, but it really depends upon who are dog guests are on a particular day. Please plan ahead when possible and call Leigh at 715-308-4081 to arrange for a tour.​

Daycare may be paid for using your card on file or with prepaid daycare packages. We do not keep cash on site, but you can pay with cash if you have exact change.

Boarding and Services must be paid for using your credit card or tap to pay at the time of pick up. We use a different system for boarding and services and do not keep cards on file for this system. If you have someone pick up your dog, we can check your dog out without payment and will call you to pay over the phone.
